Siena is an independent commercial finance company with a hybrid business model originating asset based lending transactions for its own balance sheet, as well as providing a turn-key, low risk, syndication and servicing solution for community banks (“Syndicate Partners”) seeking to safely diversify their balance sheets.

Siena was formed by the core operating team of Burdale Capital Finance, Inc., a highly respected $1.6 billion ABL platform. Burdale was sold to Wells Fargo in early 2012 as part of a mandated deleveraging requirement placed upon Bank of Ireland.



Siena Lending Group LLC is an independent commercial finance company offering asset based loans from $1 - $20 million to small and middle market businesses across the United States. Siena also offers a servicing platform which provides a seamless, turn-key asset based product for community and regional banks that desire diversification of their balance sheets. Our partner banks may lack the industry-specific expertise or the infrastructure required to successfully and safely enter the asset based lending market.
