Siena Lending Group is committed to giving back to the communities where we conduct business—and which we call home.
Making an Impact in Multiple Ways
At Siena, we are incredibly grateful to the team members, business partners and clients who have contributed to our success over the years. That sentiment is the driving force behind our community service efforts, along with the belief that we are all connected. Across our company, we share a dedication to contributing to our communities through both charitable giving and hands-on volunteer work.
Community Service
Siena team members frequently donate their time at nonprofit organizations, both through our company-wide Volunteer Day initiatives and on an individual basis. We also enjoy participating in fundraisers for causes that are especially meaningful to our team. Many of these efforts take place in Connecticut, where our company is headquartered, but our volunteer work also extends to other parts of the country where Siena maintains a presence.
Charitable Giving
It has become a Siena tradition to make a substantial donation on behalf of our team members and clients at year-end. This typically takes the form of individual gifts to numerous food pantries and soup kitchens across the country, in addition to various organizations in Connecticut. We also provide support to local public schools that serve socioeconomically diverse student populations.
Combating Hunger
Our annual holiday tradition of donating to food pantries and soup kitchens across the country began during the pandemic. For the Siena team, it was a period that underscored the importance of valuing what we have and sharing with those who are less fortunate. Today, we are proud to share that Siena has provided the financial support to serve more than 1 million meals to those who would otherwise go hungry.
Stories of Service & Support
Our team members find community service truly rewarding, and across the company we are proud of the financial support we provide to nonprofit organizations and schools. We invite you to explore some of the volunteerism and charitable giving initiatives we’ve undertaken over the years.
