Scott is a founding member and President of Siena Lending Group. Scott has over 28 years of experience in the commercial finance industry, including 17 years with Burdale Capital Finance and Siena. Most recently, Scott was the Chief Executive Officer of Siena Healthcare Finance, a specialized division of Siena, dedicated exclusively to providing financing within the healthcare sector. He previously served as the Senior Managing Director of Originations for Siena.

Prior to Siena, Scott was the Director of Originations at Burdale Capital Finance, a wholly owned asset-based lending subsidiary of Bank of Ireland. He joined Burdale Capital Finance in 2007 to build out the originations platform for the de novo business. Before joining Burdale Capital Finance, Scott spent over 5 years as an originator for GE Capital. Scott started his career at Congress Financial in 1996 and spent more than 5 years there as a field examiner and underwriter. In addition, Scott has served in underwriting roles at CIT Business Credit and Fleet Capital.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Economics from the State University of New York Brockport. Most recently, he completed the Center for Creative Leadership “Leadership at the Peak” program.

Miin has 10 years of experience in accounting, audit, operations and treasury management. Prior to Siena, Miin was a direct report to the Controller at Burdale and has worked as an auditor at both PricewaterhouseCoopers and JH Cohn (CohnReznick). Miin is a CPA in the state of New Jersey and holds a Masters in Accounting from Boston College.

Todd is a seasoned risk executive with more than 25 years of diverse experience in structuring, underwriting and executing middle-market lending transactions for private equity and corporate clients. Todd has a proven ability to leverage his structuring and industrial background to bring insight, knowledge and expertise to asset-based financing opportunities.

Prior to joining Siena, Todd led risk teams in the areas of asset-based lending, structured products and working capital solutions over his 20+ years at GE Capital. Most recently, he served as an executive officer and head of Underwriting and Portfolio at Accord Financial, a publicly traded non-bank lender with focuses on asset-based lending, equipment finance, media finance and small business lending products.

Todd earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.

Todd earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.

Michael has approximately 20 years of finance experience with his last 13 years focused on various roles in the asset-based lending industry. Prior to joining Siena, Michael worked at Access Capital and Keltic Financial Service.

Keith is an asset-based lending professional with more than 30 years of experience primarily in portfolio management and underwriting. Prior to joining Siena, Keith worked in various portfolio and credit roles at Santander Bank, Siemens Financial Services, and Congress Financial.

Daniel has 28 years of accounting, operations, and consumer and ABL finance experience. Prior to joining the Siena Healthcare Finance team, Daniel was the VP of Portfolio Management at CNH Finance and Triumph Healthcare Finance. Previously, he was the Controller for First Consumers National Bank, which offered private-label Visa and Mastercard credit card products before becoming one of the founders of CarePayment, a self-pay patient financing solution. Daniel passed the CPA exam in the state of Oregon.

Michael has 16 years of experience in the financial services sector, primarily in asset-based lending. Prior to joining Siena, Michael was an underwriter and portfolio manager at BMO Harris Bank and at Wells Fargo. Michael is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and a former Captain in the U.S. Army. He also has an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Dex has more than 20 years of asset-based lending experience specializing in audit and risk management. Prior to joining Siena, Dex’s background includes various audit and credit roles at First Capital Business Credit, GE Commercial Distribution Finance, Textron Financial Business Credit, Evergreen Collateral Consulting LLC, Jefferson Wells International and CIT.

Vlad graduated from the University of Bridgeport with a BS in International Business and Trade Commerce and an MBA in Analytics Intelligence. Vlad also has certifications for Financial Markets from Yale University and Macroeconomics from University of California, Irvine.

Carrie has more than 11 years of commercial finance experience, spanning underwriting, portfolio management, workout, and field exam management. Prior to joining Siena, Carrie worked in various ABL and Cash Flow roles at GE Capital.

Jason has 15 years of experience in the Public Accounting and Banking industries, with experience at institutions including JPMorgan Chase Bank, Burdale Capital, and CIT. Jason has experience structuring, underwriting and syndicating transactions.

Jim has over 20 years of experience across a multitude of leverage lending products, structures, industries, and economic cycles. Prior to joining Siena, Jim led various teams at GE Capital in managing leverage loans through their entire life cycle, including origination, underwriting, portfolio management, workout, and restructuring. Products include Unitranche, Securitization, Agency, Participation, DIP, Cash Flow, ABL and Restructured Equity. Jim is also a CPA and was employed at KPMG prior to GE Capital.

Gill has over 30 years of commercial finance experience concentrated in structuring, underwriting, and managing Asset Based Lending transactions. Prior to joining Siena, Gill was a Senior Underwriter for Wells Fargo Capital Finance.

Ernie has over 25 years of experience in Asset Based Lending and Factoring. His areas of expertise include: underwriting highly leveraged credit facilities, loan restructuring, portfolio management and loan workouts. Prior to joining Siena, Ernie underwrote and managed portfolios at Wells Fargo Capital Finance, LaSalle Business Credit and CIT. Ernie is a New York State licensed CPA.

Stephen has over 18 years of experience in healthcare finance, in both underwriting and audit capacities. Prior to joining the Siena Healthcare Finance team, Stephen was the VP of Underwriting for CNH Finance and Triumph Healthcare Finance. He has also held various roles at other finance institutions, and served as an audit manager at KPMG. Stephen is a CPA licensed in the state of Texas, and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

Linda has over 20 years experience in healthcare finance, including underwriting and portfolio management positions in asset based lending and real estate. Prior to joining the Siena Healthcare Finance team, Linda was a VP-Bridge Underwriting at X-Caliber Capital and Underwriter at Gemino Healthcare Finance. Earlier in her career, Linda worked at regional banks in various capacities, including portfolio management, loan review, credit risk management and senior credit analyst.

Nick is Senior Managing Director of New Business Originations for the Midwest, based out of Chicago. Prior to joining Siena, Nick held various business development roles for Nations Equipment Finance, Van Eck Global, and Morgan Stanley.

Steve has more than 40 years of experience in asset-based lending, serving in senior and leadership roles, specifically in account management, underwriting, and origination for Siena, TD Bank, GE Capital, and CIT. Since starting with Siena 11+ years ago, Steve has closed 50+ deals consisting of refinancings, acquisitions, DIP financings, and recapitalizations in a multitude of industries.

Mark is the Western Region New Business Director, based out of Los Angeles. Mark has over 25 years of experience in the finance and asset-based lending industry. Prior to joining Siena, Mark was Principal and Senior Vice President at Ares Commercial Finance and Ares’ predecessor, First Capital. Mark has also served in various senior business development, credit, and management roles for Rabobank, U.S. Bank and LaSalle Bank (now part of Bank of America), as well as founding his own firm, Arrowhead Capital, where he served as Managing Director.

Suzanne is the Director of New Business Originations for the Southwest, based Dallas, TX. She brings over 30 years of asset based lending experience to Siena, beginning her career managing non-performing assets for Foothill Capital Corporation. For the past 20 years, she has focused on new business development in the Southwest, primarily for Wells Fargo Capital Finance and its predecessor companies Norwest Business Credit, Congress Financial, and Wachovia Capital Finance.

Duane is a capital markets leader with more than 25 years of middle market lending and investing experience encompassing asset-based lending, real estate financing, subordinated debt, and mezzanine financing. Prior to Siena, Duane worked for two Canadian asset-based alternative lending firms – Callidus Capital and Cortland Credit Group where he assisted in the growth of each firm’s loan portfolio in Canada and the United States. Other experience includes progressive roles with Roynat Capital, Scotiabank’s mid-market specialty lending arm, and the Business Development Bank of Canada where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing term debt, leasing, subordinated debt, and mezzanine financings, along with portfolio management oversight and leading a team of lending professionals. Duane holds two graduate degrees including a Master of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Applied Environmental Studies in Economic Development from the University of Waterloo.

Bridget is the Senior Vice President of Originations for the Midwest, based in Chicago. After graduating from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 2015, Bridget began her career at PNC Bank. During her time at PNC, Bridget held various roles including Underwriting, Originations and Portfolio Management.

Brendan joined the new business originations team at Siena Healthcare Finance in 2023, covering the eastern U.S. out of New York. Before joining Siena, he was an Associate in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank. Prior to that, Brendan was an Investment Banking Analyst with both Ziegler and Chesapeake Corporate Advisors, covering the healthcare sector. He began his career in finance as a field examiner with PNC Business Credit. Brendan received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University.

Jackson has over 11 years of diverse experience across ABL and Real Estate finance in the Healthcare sector. He spent the first five years of his career as a Field Examiner, first at Breslin, Young & Slaughter and next at LCG Advisors, where he was a founding member of the Healthcare Advisory Group. In 2018 Jackson moved to Live Oak Bank for the startup of the Asset Based Lending team. He first focused on Risk and Portfolio Management, then moved to originations. In his time on the ABL team at Live Oak, the small team produced over $225 million of ABL loans in the Healthcare, Government Contracting, Manufacturing & Distribution, Staffing, and Technology space. Most recently he has spent the past 2 years focused on Real Estate transactions in the Seniors Housing & Healthcare Real Estate sector.
